This place does, as many have already remarked, indeed look a lot like Melbourne’s Chin Chin. It’s really good that we’re starting to see dining places like this in Adelaide. I just wish though, that people tried harder to develop a unique Adelaidian style of interior design rather than aping current trends. I know I know – I’m asking for too much! I will grant them points on one thing though – there are no Xavier Pauchard replica chairs to be seen anywhere at all. Yay! Anyway, what about the food? Well it’s decent but nothing particularly mind blowing. I guess with the set dressing, I was hoping that the food would be as equally ambitious. It isn’t, but this doesn’t detract from the fact that it’s still tasty food plated really nicely. And price wise, it’s pretty fair too. So yes, go check this place out and yes, support this business so we get more places like it!
