Best Pho in Adelaide. As a Viet guy, I can tell you that this is the best pho you can get in Adelaide! Don’t be fooled by those other Chinese shops around Central Market selling you their knock offs – this is what pho should be like. A bowl will cost you around the same as it’s food court counterparts but is infinitely better and can be enjoyed in a more relaxed environment. Other recommendations would be their VN rice and vermicelli dishes. MMM
