Tasty, healthy, generous and cheap. I had the $8 Al Fam chicken for lunch – grilled Maryland chicken, flat bread, garlic sauce and salad. I didn’t eat much of the salad – it was very basic consisting of 2 slices of tomato, some lettuce, purple onion and purple cabbage – but the chicken was awesome. Tender, juicy and absolutely perfect. It’s just as well they give you some equally superb flat bread to mop everything up. YUM!
This place is definitely very homey which might put some people off, but I think it kinda adds to the charm of the place. It’s clean, and the food is great.
