I see the word “authentic” being thrown around a lot when people talk about food. Please. Just. Stop. Unless you grew up eating the food or spent an extended amount of time in the country of that food’s provenance you’re just coming across badly. Just enjoy the food on it’s own merit. This place certainly isn’t “authentic” but for this price I think you’re expecting a bit much. Temper your expectations according to the prices on the menu. Certainly not as good as sushi train but not the travesty people make it out to be.
