Some restaurants of this calibre display their skills by manipulating food to the chef’s exact specifications. I feel Attica works the other way around, starting with the exact selection of produce and the creation of a dish around it. The result is something that feels more relaxed and organic, belying how much precision is actually involved in every element present. It definitely is an experience, but not one I particularly want to revisit. The service and food is excellent. It just wasn’t to my personal liking. Worth trying. Even if just once 🙂
