“Full Dome Experience” Very afternoon children’s television vibe. I was sleepy during and after https://adelaidefringe.com.au/fringetix/star-dreaming-full-dome-experience-af2025

I’m not sure what I just watched and without the knowledge that it was potentially an allegory for the trans experience, I would have got even less than what I did out of it
Beautiful animation and character design wasted on an awful plot
A very early draft work of theatre that at present relies too heavily on technology at the expense of the story
Confounding and badly written movie. Not sure who the intended audience is; too violent for kids, too lame for adults. I felt sorry for the actors
Poorly constructed melodrama that serves more as an industry in-joke than anything enjoyable
I really struggled with this ambient gig, and actually fell asleep during the support act and wanted to go to sleep during the main event
Visually incredibly but spent way too much time on the set up for the next movie that the plot in this felt drawn out
Visually so pretty but everything else (story, music, casting, voices) about the movie sucked
Anodyne and sleepy. The lyrics are kinda silly and the instrumentation does very little to mask this fact. Urgh
Technically well shot, acted and produced. Unfortunately the story itself was predictable drivel
Poorly constructed movie that was hard to watch due to the very annoying central character that does not develop at all through the movie
Surprisingly visually cohesive. Parts of the movie could almost be Arthouse. Unfortunately the cruel torture left a bad taste for me
