It is with great regret…. …that I report that Ding Hao still is amongst the best yum cha you can get in Adelaide. Why regretful? Because the setting is getting more and more dire with each visit. So I am conflicted; on one hand, the food here is awesome, but on the other hand, do I really want to wait for a table even when I’ve got a booking, then to be crammed into a dingy corner, given greasy crockery and forced to fold my elbows in for the rest of the meal so the service people can shuffle around me? Ding Hao why must you do this to us?!
