Surprisingly good! When you been road tripping from country town to country town, you get used to a certain ahem…standard of food. The Exchange Hotel bucks the trend and actually delivers food that is lovingly made. It’s basic for sure, but done well. My partner who is a notoriously fussy eater had nothing but accolades for his meal. You might not have a lot of choice when in Foster but you won’t feel too bad about being corralled here.
