You know those food obsessed Asians you see taking photos of their meals in restaurants, talking about how they could have done so and so better? Well it seems they’ve taken the leap, gotten a group of their friends together and taken on two of the biggest food trends in Adelaide at the moment: food trucks and retro American styling. Branding is so spot on, it’s actually a bit of a shock to discover that not a single one of them is a beard toting hipster. Probably a good thing when it comes to food handling! So how are the hot dogs? First impressions are pretty good. Though I’ll have to scope out their location earlier next time; I would have loved to have tried the Wagyu or Chorizo but only the plain English pork sausage was available when I visited. Also, kinda undecided about those breadtop buns everyone is using at the moment. In any case they’ve got this covered and provide a ciabatta option. So lots of potential here and probably one of the better food trucks floating about at the moment. Will definitely be on the look out for that smart silver caravan from now on!
